How do I find a group’s group id?
The group sponsor is assigned a group id when they decide to run a fundraiser. Please contact the group sponsor for the group id, or click here to search for a group by name, city, state or zip code.

How do I find how many online orders were credited to a student’s name/school?
We only run a report for this type of information at the end of each month. Because the majority of our orders are through the actual group running the fundraiser, we can only compile the Internet information for the large number of groups we work with at the end of each month. We recommend asking your friends and/or relatives to notify you if they placed any orders online. Otherwise, please contact the group sponsor at the end of the month.

Why can’t the student running the fundraiser deliver my online order?
Internet orders are processed separately from the actual orders that the group running the fundraiser gathers. Since we do not always receive all Internet orders before the final group order is shipped to the group, we must ship all Internet orders separately via FedEx. The group you identified will still receive credit for the sale, however shipping must be paid since you are not ordering directly through the group.

Why was I charged tax for my order?
To guarantee that every consumer pays the same product price, we print the retail prices in our catalogs and online. Not all school groups are tax-exempt, making some funding products subject to local and state sales taxes. In these instances, the retail price and the sales tax amount are computed on the final cost for your order before it is submitted. We regret any inconvenience or confusion of two different amounts, but to avoid any financial penalties to the group, it is necessary.

Do Internet orders count toward a student’s prize account?
The group sponsor and sales representative decide whether Internet orders will count toward prize accounts. Every group varies. Please contact the group sponsor for more information about a particular group’s prize accounts.

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is determined by the total cost of the order, no matter where in the country the order is being shipped. We ship to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.

When can I expect my order?
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be shipped after it has been processed. To ensure the best possible experience, we may need to extend the ship date of chocolate, cookie dough and other temperature-sensitive products should high temperatures exist in your area. Rest assured that we will monitor local temperatures daily and ship your order as soon as practically possible to limit product quality risks. You will receive an email notification with a delivery tracking number when the order has shipped. We recommend securing your order from outside as soon as possible after it has been delivered to avoid product quality issues, especially for food products.
